Achievments and Applications of Contemporary Informatics, Mathematics and Physics - AACIMP 2006

20 educational faculties, 9 educational-scientific institutes, 13 researches institutes and 14 scientific institutes, function in an university, where 44 academicians and members work are correspondents of academies of sciences, near 2500 professors, associate professors and teachers, 41700 students study, including near 1500 foreign citizens from more than 50 countries of world, 500 graduate students, from them near 80 citizens of other states. Branches of university in Slavutich and Simpferopol are opened.

With our university there was the interlinked life and activity of known worldwide scientists: D.I.Mendeleev,S.P.Korolev,I.I.Sikorskiy and many other.

Diplomas and graduate degrees: bachelor, specialist, master's engineering degree, master's degree of sciences, master's degree of linguistics, candidate of sciences (interchangeably Ph), doctor of sciences - in NTUU "KPI" it is possible to get on faculties, in didactically-scientific and researches institutes.

The scientists of university conduct scientific researches to various actual directions of development of society:

• modern technologies in area of informatics chemistries;
• informative networks and telecommunications technologies;
• problems of energy-savings and development of energy-saving technologies;
• monitoring and guard of environment;
• liquidation of consequences of nuclear and technogenic catastrophes;
• spaces and aviation technologies;
• research and use of human resources;
• medical engineering;
• systems analysis and decision-making and other

In our university, next to traditionally operating technical faculties, the row of new economic and humanitarian faculties is created - management and marketing, right, sociology, linguistics, physical education and sport. It enables to the young people, except for technical specialty, to get to the friend higher education in a humanitarian or economic region, reason by a skilled translator or manager.

The preparatory separation on which foreign listeners during 10 months study Ukrainian works in an university, Russian or English languages, mathematics, physics, biology and other disciplines in a volume, to the necessity for the further capture by the university program.

An university is created, works and develops already over 106 years as campus in which on one territory of 160 hectares organically incorporated with terms for teaching, employment by sport, increase of level of scientific and intellectual development cultural, rest and employment by the personal fascinations of an only 50 thousandth collective.
