What is the Summer School? |

Summer school is ...
...an attempt to collect people who can tell about promising areas of modern science, and those, who are interested to learn more than institute or university may teach them, at the same time and place. It’s something like a summer camp, where many interesting people gather to share their knowledge and ideas with each other. But communication with colleagues is very important for developing of a talented person. In addition, this is one more possibility to see the world around, to visit places of interest, to extend your outlook.
Summer school is rather new idea for us. It came from Europe (with a Bologna process), where much attention is paid to self-education of young specialists. Here in Ukraine such schools are not especially widespread, but we take great strides forward Europe, trying to adopt all the best. That is why, we hope, in a few years such a practice will be prevalent, and we will remain the pioneers of glorious Summer school movement in Ukraine.
